Shipping & delivery

Your parcels are usually dispatched via UPS 2 days after receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track the status of your delivery online at any time. Delivery is made without a signature.

If you would like a UPS shipment by registered mail, please contact us before placing your order, as this will incur additional costs.

Shipping costs & packaging

The flat-rate shipping fee is CHF 10.00 per order and covers both packaging and postage costs.
