We deliver exclusively to addresses within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Shipping & Delivery

Your packages are usually dispatched 2 days after payment is received via UPS. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online at any time. Delivery is made without a signature.

If you require UPS registered mail, please contact us before placing your order, as additional costs will apply.

Shipping & Packaging Costs

The flat shipping rate is CHF 10.00 per order and covers both packaging and postage costs. To save on shipping costs, we recommend combining several items into one order, as separate orders are charged individually. Your package is shipped at your own risk, however, we always package fragile goods with particular care. Our shipping boxes are generously sized and offer optimal protection for your products.
